OR someone experienced in ABA to  provide LIVE- IN dedicated, structured, and compassionate support to a verbal adult female with autism. This is a long-term role for someone who is not only highly skilled, but deeply passionate about making a meaningful difference in someone’s quality of life.

The successful candidate will act as a support companion, motivator, and positive influence, helping to encourage creativity, emotional regulation, healthy routines, productivity, and a more optimistic outlook on daily life.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily one-on-one support tailored to the individual’s needs, personality, and strengths

•Encourage creativity, exploration of new hobbies, and engaging daytime activities

•Establish and maintain positive, structured daily routines

•Support healthier lifestyle habits, including balanced nutrition and positive daily choices

•Assist with emotional regulation during occasional outbursts using calm, professional techniques

•Motivate and encourage independence, confidence, and self-esteem

•Act as a trusted companion and supportive presence throughout the day

•Collaborate respectfully with the long-standing household nanny and family members

•Maintain absolute discretion, professionalism, and emotional sensitivity at all times

Candidate Profile

•Proven experience working one-on-one with children/adults on the autism spectrum preferably someone with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education

•Verbal autism experience essential; experience managing emotional outbursts preferred

•A calm, patient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent individual

•Naturally positive, encouraging, and motivational personality

•Genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism to thrive

•Creative mindset with the ability to introduce engaging, meaningful activities

•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

•Comfortable working within a private VIP household environment

Working Schedule

•5-6 day work week

•8 hours per day

•Long-term role with consistency and structure
