Private Teacher Candidate Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a recognised teaching qualification (essential).
2. Valid teaching licence or certification is preferred.
3. Minimum of 3–5 years’ teaching experience in a school or private household.
4. Previous experience working with VIP, VVIP, Royal, or UHNW families is highly advantageous.
5. Experience teaching children of the relevant age group.
6. Strong understanding of international curricula (British, American, IB, or other recognised curricula).
7. Ability to create engaging, personalised lesson plans tailored to each child’s learning style.
8. Experience supporting homework, exam preparation, and academic development.
9. Confident in assessing student progress and providing regular feedback to parents.
10. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
11. Patient, nurturing, and able to build positive relationships with children.
12. Able to foster curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
13. Strong organisational and time management skills.
14. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (native English speaker preferred, where requested by the client).
15. Comfortable working closely with parents, tutors, and other household staff.
16. Flexible to travel with the family during holidays or international trips.
17. Highly professional, discreet, and respectful of the family’s privacy.
18. Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
18. First Aid and Child Protection/Safeguarding training are advantageous.
19. Additional language skills are an advantage where required by the family.
Private Nurse Candidate Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution (essential).
2. Current and valid nursing registration/licence in their home country.
3. Minimum of 3–5 years’ post-registration nursing experience.
4. Previous experience in private households, VIP, VVIP, Royal, or UHNW environments is highly advantageous.
5. Experience in paediatric, adult, elderly, rehabilitation, or specialist nursing, depending on the family’s requirements.
6. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Life Support (ALS) is advantageous.
7. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
8. Experience administering medication and monitoring treatment plans.
9. Confident in managing medical records and maintaining accurate documentation.
10. Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Compassionate, patient, and attentive with a caring, professional approach.
13. Highly discreet and committed to maintaining strict confidentiality.
14. Able to work independently while collaborating with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
15. Strong organisational and time management skills.
16. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, overnight care, and travel with the family when required.
17. Comfortable providing holistic care while respecting the family’s routines, culture, and preferences.
