How does the recruitment process work? - Clients
Our recruitment process is designed to be simple, efficient, and tailored to your specific hiring needs.
- Get in Touch – Contact us via email, WhatsApp, or any of our social media platforms to discuss your staffing requirements.
2. Consultation – We’ll take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for, including the role, experience, skills, and any specific preferences.
3. Candidate Selection – We carefully shortlist and present a selection of thoroughly vetted candidates who best match your requirements.
4. Interviews – You review the shortlisted candidates, select your favourites, and we’ll arrange interviews at a time that suits you.
5. Placement Decision – Once you’ve chosen your preferred candidate, we’ll discuss the most suitable placement option, whether that’s a permanent placement or a trial period.
6. Contracts & Confirmation – We prepare and issue the necessary placement agreements for all parties to review and sign.
7. Start Date – We coordinate the start date and ensure a smooth placement process, with your chosen candidate beginning their new role on the agreed date.
What support is provided post-placement?
We offer ongoing support once candidates are placed with a family, including mediation services and cultural adjustment assistance throughout the placement.
Governess / Nanny Candidate Requirements
At TRAM, we are committed to placing caring, trustworthy, and experienced nannies with families who value exceptional childcare. To be considered for placement, candidates should meet the following requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ professional childcare experience.
2. A recognised childcare qualification is preferred but not essential for all positions.
3. An up-to-date CV detailing your childcare experience.
4. Contactable professional references from previous employers.
5. A valid passport and the legal right to work in the relevant country (for international placements).
6. A genuine passion for caring for children of all ages.
7. A clean criminal record and willingness to undergo background screening.
8. Current First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
10. A reliable, patient, and nurturing personality.
11. The ability to establish routines, prepare meals, assist with schoolwork, and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
12. Flexibility for live-in, live-out, travel, or overnight positions where required.
13. A professional attitude with respect for family privacy and confidentiality.
