For several years, I had the privilege of working as a governess for VVIP and Royal families in the Middle East — an experience that shaped me both personally and professionally in ways I will always value.

Working within these high-profile households gave me firsthand insight into the level of excellence, discretion, adaptability, professionalism, and emotional intelligence required in these environments. It taught me the importance of trust, cultural understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to operate under exceptionally high standards.

Having personally experienced the demands and expectations of these roles, I understand what families are truly looking for when searching for the right candidate. This has greatly equipped me in building and running TRAM, where I now specialise in connecting exceptional candidates with distinguished families across the Middle East.

There is something incredibly rewarding about identifying individuals with true potential and helping place them in opportunities that can genuinely transform their lives and careers. My goal has always been to bridge the gap between high-calibre households and outstanding professionals who are ready to meet these standards with excellence and integrity.

Having once walked this path myself, it is incredibly meaningful to now open those same doors for others. ✨
